It is described as a technology that consist of speech technology recognition (which converts spoken words to machine-readable input) , natural language understanding ,that is a subtopic that deals with machine reading comprehension, and other technologies. All these, help people to work with machines. It can help both, farmers( who don’t use Internet on their work) or people who use a lot of technological methods, such as scientists.
Language technology is closely connected to computer science which is the study of the theoretical foundations of information and computation, and of practical techniques for their implementation and application in computer systems and general linguistics, that is the scientific study of natural language.
