INTELLIGENT DIALOGUE AGENTS FOR THE E-COMMERCE
The aim of this project is to create a web agent that is able to maintain a dialogue with users and this way help them finding what they want. This system is based on a sophisticated natural language processing technology and you can choose wether to have it in English or German. This project is done, of course, with a knowledge of the areas in which it is going to work.
This agents are used in the e-commerce.
The e-commerce is an exchange of commercial information based in the transmision of data about comunication ways as the Internet. The e-commerce contains buy/sell activities, marketing, information searchings…
There has been a great developtment of this service since the overcrowding of the Internet.
