Timothy John Berners-Lee, considered the father of the Web as we know it nowadays, was born in England in the UK the 8th of June, 1955. He got his major on physics in 1976 at Oxford´s university. Since Timothy needed a way to tranfer his research files as a way to exchange information, he developed a group of ideas that created the Web.
His parents were mathematics and took part in the team that built one of the first computers in 1949. Tim first studied in Sheen Mount Primary school, afterwards he attended the Emmanuel School in Wandsworth. As I said earlier, he got his major in Physics in the Queen´s college at the University of Oxford.During his college years, he created a computer with just a soldering iron, circuits of TTL, a Motorola 68000 data processor, and an old TV.
He met his first wife in Oxford and after marrying her, they both worked as programmers. In 1978, he worked for D.G. Nash Limited, where he created an operative system. In 2004 he applied for a job in the section of computer science at the electronical school at the university of Southampton, to work in his nowadays proyect about computer semantics.

Tim Believes in a type of internet, same for everyone, cell phones and computers. He believes in a plublic internet, not like “.com”case where someone owns the rights of those dominions.
