Machine Translation.

Machine Translation is a sub-field of computational linguistics. It investigates computer software used to translate texts from one language into another. It can perform in two levels. At its basic level Machine Translation, makes a simple substitution of words. It also can use corpus techniques to attempt more complex translations.

Current machine translation software often allows for customization by domain or profession (such as weather reports . This technique is very effective when using the language of formulas. It follows then that machine translation of government and legal documents more readily produces usable output than conversation or less standardized text.

The improved quality of results can be achieved by human intervention. Some systems more accurately reflected if the user identifies the words of the text as names. With these techniques, the MT is useful for working with people who translate texts.
